Some of you may have noticed that I took a short break from blogging on my site. Lately I’ve felt pretty uninspired and run down. What can I really expect? I run myself pretty ragged with all of my fun and not-so-fun daily activities. Anyway, after countless canker sores and many sleepless nights I decided I needed a break.
Lately I’ve been allowing myself just a bit more “me” time. Instead of rushing off to work or staying late in the office, I’ve been going home..taking a short nap & maybe even watching a few too many episodes of Scandal on Netflix. Sometimes you just need a good Scandal to get you through the work week. Can I get an Amen?!
Anyway, I’m back & I couldn’t be happier to share a workout with you! So go grab your water bottle and some tennis shoes and get yourself to a gym!
You can do this workout outside or indoor on a track or treadmill. Your choice!
