Now, let’s get down to the nitty gritty! If you need an upper body workout that slays.. I have the perfect one for you! Make sure you choose weight that will challenge you for 12 reps. If you’re blowing through the workout without feeling fatigued, then you can up your weight the next set.
When you start your workout, start a stop watch or set a timer for 3 minute intervals. At the top of every third minute, stop what you’re doing (no matter what rep you’re on) and do 10 squat jumps! Complete 5 sets of 12 reps of the listed exercises.
